Good nurses. Good care. Loving people. The therapy team is awesome. Tiana, the speech therapist, is wonderful. Patient and kind. She helped me a lot. Henry and Frank got me up. And walking again. Rose, Mary, Victoria worked with me to strengthen my arms and Leo was the best nurse of the team. I will be forever in all the peoples debt for helping me.

One star goes just for the PT department as that was the only good area with successful results. Nurses for the most part were subpar with exception of two. Most either did not pay much attention to the needs of my loved one or on the other hand they were down right rude. One nurse came into patient's room just past midnight only to turn on light and physically wake him up for no reason at all, then stormed out of the room leaving light on wherein patient had to call nurse to return and shut light off, at that point the nurse verbalized something rude and shut light off and stormed out. Few times nurses showed aggression towards patient. There was no need for that behavior. Attitudes seems to indicate they do not want to do their job. Staff for most part do not wear name tags and wear street clothes. Wound care - a wound was left unattended to for 4 days past time to change which was clearly bleeding through the bandage, this due to nobody being mindful of it until patient had to report it. Most things have to be reported by patient to get done. Bed had mechanical issues and are old, there was a used bandage left on the window seal from past patient. Funds seem to be low as there was little bathroom tissue available; food and drink the same as the portions were sparce. The facility doctor was not physically present at any time to speak with patient. This place is not recommended to stay at overall.

Cimarron Place Health and Rehabilitation center is one of the best or the best in the area. My mother came in requiring oxygen and had a big wound and she left walking no oxygen needed and feeling confident in her care. The staff there are amazing brilliant and caring. The nurses including Georgette, Delores, and Melissa took such good care of my mother and the speech, physical, and occupational therapy team are above all the rest, the encouragements patience and motivation given are truly appreciated. And must note the tenacious brilliance and compassion of the social worker lead by Anastasia who ensured that all my mother’s needs were met at the facility and at discharge for home. The entire staff there are special angels. Must appreciate the wound care nurse Blanca who noted the need for a wound vac to faster heal the wound and dressed the wound with the wound vac and kept it on the path of healing as it is in presently. I am grateful to Cimarron Place Health and Rehabilitation and 💯 recommend it to anyone who wants to get better and have a A++ team behind them!!
