This facility is amazing, clean, and the most wonderful memories of this place will live in me forever. The Staff took such good care of my mother 6 months back. They were so patient, kind, and provided excellent care to her. My husband relocated to Florida and unfortunately we had to move mom out of Cirrus Manor. It broke my mother's heart. She loved it there and wants to go back. The place she is at now, the Staff never communicate with my husband nor I. She had a fall a few days ago, they never called mom's outside medical doctor. Oh how I wish she could go back to Cirrus Manor, there was constant communication and I knew mom was alright at night. I was considering moving her back to Rochester but I need her close to me.
