Clarendale At Bellevue Place

This place was nice and clean

I am going to give 5 stars, singlehandedly because of the dining room manager and her assistant. Anntoinette Cadet and Cherokee Battle are the backbone of both the FOH and unfortunately due to the manipulation and laziness of the new "Culinary Director" they are also the backbone of the BOH. They carry both teams with pride, hardwork, and so much care. These two women have been with Clarendale through thick and thin. I owe everything I learned and was able to grow through to them. If circumstances were different and management in the BOH was different I would be more than willing to work for Clarendale. Beyond that, the facility is beautiful, the residents are pleasant and welcoming, housekeeping staff is phenomenal, and other than the new Culinary Director, the higher up staff is great.

We got red carpet service from the start to finish at this facility. Everything was spotlessly clean; the cuisine was superb and I loved when the kitchen folk came out to see how we liked our food. Staff felt a lot like family and everybody really cared for us. management always had an open door policy and the only time my husband ever complained was when he got served a wimpy strip of bacon. 🤪. You don't mess with sweet hubby's food and he really liked their food so that's saying something. Activities were always interesting. I was so proud of the people that ran the memory care unit. Everybody there is destined for sainthood. to live in Clarendale you're gonna have to pay a little bit more but you're gonna get every bit of what you paid for. you never get Short changed in your service.
