5/10/22 1ish pm... I'm a small business owner i had just come from another senior community 55 and up. Where I left my business card in their community room where other flyers are posted. I came to clarewood house the old woman was very rude told me I couldn't leave a business card!!! For a business that's in the community. She was very unpleasant to deal with.

If you’re thinking about putting your loved one in the long term care facility here, don’t. All of the good reviews are from outsiders. I worked here for a few years and I can assure you that the CNA’s couldn’t care less about the residents. During the pandemic when families couldn’t visit is when it was at its worst. Patients are constantly neglected, left dirty, and talked to like animals. Some left alone in a room by themselves all day. So again, go somewhere else.
