I’ve worked here before and let me tell you the reviews are sounding like it’s peaches and cream but trust it’s not. Lovely Residents but HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Jacie and Andrea are weird and rude and they gossip about their employees and pick on them until people quit or get fired. They treat their employees like crap and expect a lot from them. People in that facility are getting paid $13-14$ and hour but want employees to run around like a chicken with it head cut off. That job was draining. Please don’t work here again the Residents are lovely but management is terrible. They don’t want employees talking to each other during down time but i’ll go to the front office and Andrea, Jacie, Rick and Joanne are gossiping or in each other office talking and laughing. Everyone that work there are talking about each other or SNITCHING. Everyone that works there are weird please don’t work here it’s not worth the stress . They don’t want no calls in or anyone being late but bc their on salary they can get away with it. It’s weird Andrea went on vacation like 3 times within the couple of months I was there and Jacie is always late. But if anyone else does it it’s a problem. Please get a new management crew . Every last employee there can tell you guys more bad then good. They are so focused on picking with their employees there’s other stuff that needs to be done. I wouldn’t let my own great grandparents stay live here even if it was the last place on earth!

We love Clear Creek! The team there has been great, from the front office staff and Joanne who is always super friendly and welcoming everytime we come in, to the nurses and care takers who take care of our loved one. We also love that Shelby and Jaci are so easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions or concerns have. Rick has done great about helping us get our loved one settled and getting the things we need for their room quickly. We have eaten a couple times with our family member and the food is fantastic. We highly recommend Clear Creek!

Not a safe place for your loved ones given the money we pay. Since the new executive director took over it has been a horrible experience.
