I just moved in here to assisted living 2 weeks ago and have mostly been ignored with any requests I have asked for. I asked for a list of prices for any "extras" and got a handwritten note that said " $5 for a "trey" (yes, misspelled) to be delivered. No other items listed?? You would think there was a standard list?? I was told my maintenance item would be taken care of this morning. I have talked to 4 different people today, and as of 2:15 pm nothing has been done. The place seems very understaffed and unorganized. I'm definitely agreeing with the last post about meals, etc.
