My younger sister is in this facility. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. My calls go to voicemail. I have emailed the facility and it was totally ignored. How are we suppose to ask questions or check on your family member. Do we need to go file a complaint to the Department of Health and Human Service? Or call 911 for a welfare check on my family member? Those are the only options they have left me.
