My dad has been at Colonial Oaks for a little over a year. He is a physically healthy 90 year old with Alzheimer’s. I never knew he would be able to live in an AL facility and not have to be in a memory care unit. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all of the staff who help him navigate this awful disease while still giving him a sense of autonomy and purpose. They are all compassionate and approachable in whatever requests my dad or I have. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones. It brings me peace that dad has found his new home.
