I am trying to contact a friend , I called and its less hard to reach the president of the united states. Your website says you care about your patients families and friends . why is it hard giving my number to her and putting it in her phone . My friend is older and needs help its been 1 week and i know you guys haven't gave her or sent her a message saying im looking for her because she would have called me by now. Im not trying to take your jobs i want to see my friend or hear her on the phone . Be better nurses and help the elderly with small tasks like that.

I am lvn student here at Ccrc doing my clinical rotation. I wanted to thank everyone here for being helpful and professional. Also wound care is something that has been interesting to me and let me tell you how grateful I am for the wound care team that has showed us the ropes. Special shout out to Laura for showing us students with her instructions and her mannequins.

Deeply saddened by the treatment my dad had at this facility. We moved him there in hopes of working on physical therapy to get muscle strength back. I begged for information on him everyday to really no avail. Nursing staff did not really want to talk to me and I often felt ignored. Any concerns I raised were met with ridiculous responses that he was stable with vitals, eating, etc. My dad was experiencing major hallucinations and memory decline in the span of one week. They constantly pushed my concerns to the side. I asked to speak with a doctor on numerous occasions and never had one call me. I received the run around for a full week while my dad was under their care. To top this horrible experience off, they lost his phone in transit to an emergency hospital trip where they found two things wrong with him within hours of him being admitted. Two things that I begged everyday for someone to take seriously. We never found his phone and he passed away the next day. I would never recommend this place. We received terrible patient care and were often neglected. If I would have known what I know now I would have never had my dad come to this facility.
