Please do not send your love ones here!!! I would give them no stars if it were possible. My mother selected this rehab under the impression that it was still being ran by genesis. My mother was a patient years ago when it was under the management of genesis. There where several instances in which I and majority of my family immediate family member experienced how neglectful complete care at hillside was in providing adequate care for my mother, that if I were to speak on just the things that I witnessed first hand this review would be several pages long. I just wanted to come on here to inform those individuals who are considering this rehab. and management to know that my son left an unfavorable review in which he was holding this facility accountable for the death of my mother, his grandmother. A staff memeber from complete care at Hillside had whom I will not name at this date had the audacity to show up to my mother’s funeral, not to offer their condolences or baring gifts but to approach my son in hopes of convincing him to remove the review that he posted. Could you not find it in your hearts to allow the family of the deceased to grieve in piece instead of being ambushed by the staff member of complete care at Hillside? What kind of monster are you to take the time and effort to show up a deceased individual’s funeral in efforts to have a negative review removed. I am taking the time to ask the owner of this rehab facility why they or any of their staff would think that their actions was anything other than cruel, heartess, downright disgusting, and extremely inappropriate to come to someone’s funeral and speak about removing a review? A bad review should be the least of your concerns. That same staff member that came to my mother’s funeral worried about a review should shift that energy in making sure that this facility is properly caring for their patients so negative reviews won’t be made and the ones that do get left there is no truth to them.

They do not clean properly the whole place reeks of urine they take forever to attend to a clients concern they leave guests in bedpans for hours my grandmother came to them trying to rehab back issues so she could get back walking again and caught an infection she has never got from not being cleaned properly i watched her in the hospital coming from them not herself at all couldn’t speak to me couldn’t understand me and by gods graces she got better and it was time to go back to rehab and a week in she was back to making progress to walking on her own again and about two weeks from discharge i went to see her in the rehab and was hit wit the constant smell of Hot Urine thruout the place that i usually am hit with my grandma is constantly sending me to get the nurse cuz they aren’t responding to the light on the door i had to tell 3 different ppl my grandma was ready to get off the bedpan before sumone finally came and did it i left that place disgusted wit the way my grandmother was treated and started to notice that it’s a pattern that doesn’t change every time i come my grandma needs a thousand things that her nurses should’ve taken care of but neglected to she always made me then the air off or on cuz she didn’t know when sumbody would be in to do it for her later cuz they not attentive at all i talked to my family members and they agreed that i should talk to my grandma about moving out of there and i told her i was gonna come see her in two days on my off day and my off day came and i got a call that she was heading back to the hospital and im filled with questions well what’s wrong she was making good progress what happened she got infected again after only being there two weeks but this time the infection spread to her blood with every minute my grandma was slowly dying from the neglect that she got at this place my grandma had no health problems other back problems from surgeries done on her back in her mid 40s she didn’t die from back problems she didn’t die becuz her body aged she died from the infection she got from these ppl not doing there job these are old people peoples grandmas moms sisters brother fathers uncles ppl don’t go to rehab to be mistreated and die they go to get better and back to how they were if ur loved one is here take em out and relocate them asap or your thinking about doing rehab here think twice do you want your loved ones waiting hours for a nurse to respond to ur light on top of the door do you want your loved ones sitting in urine for 30 mins plus do you want your loved ones to die from an infection from not being cleaned right
