Nurses beware! Your license will be at risk the moment you step foot in the door. If you advocate for your ill residents who need a higher level of care, the unfit DON will retaliate against you. This place needs an overhaul from top to bottom! It’s the residents who sadly suffer because of this.
ILA
For a few caregivers is more important being in the back of the building smoking than taking care of their residents. If you call them, TRUY and other cna's get an attitude. Also, under the sinks there are roaches. There is mold in the ceiling. The only refrigerator for the staff leaks water and the ice maker never works. This place is understaffed. Patients don't get their showers. There is a new DON and administrator.
