They replace carpet when new residents move in. They won’t replace carpet for current residents renewing a lease. Even if it’s the 4th lease renewal, and your carpet is looking rough. The double standard makes no sense. It should be noted the current management has seemed to anger allot of other residents. There seems to be a lack of care this place use to have.

The Good - Maintenance is great, basically the best. When they are allowed to fix stuff. The Bad; - The office is constantly closed. - The general manager is rarely around, and is usually not helpful or friendly when he is. - The office hasn't had set hours in a long time. - They won't replace barely working older appliances. - The common areas need allot of TLC.
