This looks like a pretty facility, but don't be fooled. The Air is always broken in the summer and the heat is always broken in the winter. Housekeeping sucks, dietary sucks, the care sucks and the administration sucks the most. They will hire any unprofessional off the street and let them neglect your loved ones just to have a warm body on the floor so they can make a buck. They don't answer the phone, they're not accommodating, and they ignore any and all complaints. The nurses are UNPROFESSIONAL! They have no answers and they let the aids sleep on the job (imagine what else they let them get away with).
