This facility has gone through many positive changes over the past few months, and you can feel the difference as soon as you walk through the doors. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. The nursing team has noticeably improved, and the new administrative leadership is clearly moving things in the right direction. I truly enjoy visiting and interacting with the team here; definitely worth giving this place a chance.

Nasty accident. A operation. And PT has gotten me home. I just got released from a two week stay at Corvallis Manor. I broke my thigh bone clear through. Without the PT I wouldn't be able to walk with a walker. The staff was great... CNAs, nurses, PT personal, and office staff. Meals were fine. Yes some times I had to wait a bit for help, but I wasn't paying for one on one care. I give it five stars because I believe they were great. Home therapy will continue starting tomorrow. I could never have gotten this far without my stay at Corvallis Manor♥
