I went to tour the place and the employees were friendly and the place was to very nice, it is set like a home base. Love it

I Anna Tamayo have been working at Cottages at Peoria for 24 years I have work with at least 10 different administrators but never have worked with an ED like Erin she’s 100% there for her residence, family members and her staff is on-call 24/7 for all of us no ED I have work with has done this, Erin is a mother of two small children and still gives us her time when I say 24/7 I mean 24/7 her doors are always open and will take your call anytime you need her, we do our best as staff to take care of our residents I can’t say we are the best but with are LEADER (Erin) we are one of the best.

The staff seem nice at this place and it is very clean. I really did not like the director Erin. She was very a rude person, from our first meeting she was heartless and treated me like I had done something wrong. My family is going through a lot and Erins behavior just made it harder. Everyone else was wonderful and kind. Erin made the experience harder than it needed to be. Wasn’t helpful or kind. Edited after their response: Right I definitely agree it’s not possible to get along with everyone but as someone with customer service experience Erin did not exercise her ability to show her customer service. There was no reason for her to treat customers the way she did. I don’t need her to like me but I do expect her to have some respect and act accordingly in being respectful. Her rude behavior was not called for and she needs to keep her negativity at the door when dealing with customers. I shouldn’t have to experience her bad mood just because not everyone can get along.
