I work for a hospice company in Fresno and frequently need to contact facilities for respite care bed availability. The Director of Business Development, Robert is always willing to help me take care of my patients and their families. Whenever I need anything he is easy to reach and ready to help. Robert is professional, caring and organized. I feel at ease when my patients and their families are being cared for by Robert and the staff at this facility. It is nice to work with such competent and reliable people!

I was 1st met Robert and he was fast friendly very respectful and didn't make me wait for a response in my being able to reside her gir my rehab...the staff was great and nurses were very friendly accurate and respectful and had abundance of patience for the residents....the only one thing is the food although theirs plenty and products are fresh ...the cook need cooking lessons cuz the residents look forward to the one good thing in their life and that's their next meal ..mi gave spoken to Robert about it and he says he's on it!!! And that's all I can ask ... This place will have a high recommendation from me!!!
