Why are you guys expanding when you dont properly take care of the residents you have now?

Loved the residents and the work inspired me to pursue care as a profession. Be very careful sending your loved ones here. Their care is entirely dependent on the stress levels of higher ups. They are currently out of compliance, also NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR LGBTQIA+ INDIVIDUALS. I have been transitioning for two years and never once was I addressed with my correct name or pronouns. Residents did an amazing job addressing me correctly. HR manager Christopher worked against me to make it as hard as possible to be transgender in the workplace. Pay attention to the reviews for this location.
