Finding the right place for my mom I thought was going to be a challenge but I visited Creekside three different times two in which I just popped in and was welcomed each and every time as if I had an appointment. Monica and Ashley are simply amazing. Their heart is huge and I could tell that they genuinely love the residence. I felt like family every time I walked through the door the setting is like home and not a facility and that’s what I liked about it. It’s very clean the food looked appetizing, very warm environment, all of the residents look happy and there was no smell or older. That was impressive. I also checked out all the reviews on Google. They were all great. Mom will be moving in on Monday. I am so nervous yet excited because I feel like she will thrive here. I will definitely give another review in about six months, but I really feel good about this move for my mom. This review was the first impression and first week of my mom’s stay. It wasn’t as great as I thought. Very clean, activity director is great!, kitchen staff serve pretty good food. Not enough staff to resident ratio at all. The doors are extremely heavy to the rooms for elderly weak residents to open and close. Not enough staff to check on residents. Staff SOME lazy especially the evenings and weekends. I witnessed some sleeping on the job in the lounge area with patients. Could be a great place if they would hire more staff. Also a big problem n/a gives the residents their meds……..

Horrible place to try and reach after hours tried 3 listed numbers all went to voice mail and when selected 0, which was my only option, the mail box was full. If you don't care that you cant contact them about your family it might be a decent place
