The ownership of here and South is a joke they keep raising the rent every year do very little up keep can't even keep the elevators running half the time. Make residents put there yeah in the hallways at night. This why they can't get rid of there bug problems. Will not purchase any chair lifts for the stairs if the elevators are down

The lady that answers the phone at this location is very rude and she doesn’t listen. She was talking over me and trying to tell me what I was calling for. I had to cut her off and explain to her that I received a business card from one of the crestwood employees over the weekend with the north locations information which is how I ended up getting her on the phone in the first place. I was trying to obtain information to give to my elderly grandmother, however based off of her attitude we will continue to look else where.

My Mom has lived at Crestwood Village North for over 15 years. The Google generated AI response regarding the facility is surprisingly accurate. Over the years, it has been difficult to find good, reliable employees and there has been a lot of turnover. Building 2 is without a manager once again. The rent increases every year - regardless. And the existing manager, in the 'Suites', is rude and non-responsive and lacks basic customer service skills. I would suggest that the owners of Crestwood take a look at the reviews, speak with the residents and follow up with the staff accordingly.
