The staff at crossroads work hard and very much care about the residents. They took such great care of my sister, and in her final days they were so comforting making sure she was comfortable and cared for. Memories hospice were so great also.These are angels and really love what they do.

Some of the most AWESOME employees who consistently assisted my family member were: Tristan in admitting and Laura in physical therapy. They went above and beyond to keep us all informed and take calls. Lora helped the most with all of the discharge planning! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, caring lady. You are so compassionate and nonjudgmental to those in all circumstances. It takes time for loved ones to make sure all needs are met and equipment secured. Most of CNAs we met were hardworking and supportive/positive to the client. Of course, sometimes wait times were long for changes, but there were a few who were extra speedy. The only negative experience was the 2 pairs of tennis shoes which disappeared. Tristan located the other missing clothes in laundry...but other than that snafu, the whole team is amazing. Hang in there if your loved one goes here. My sis has made some great progress there.
