Crossroads Care Center of Milwaukee

I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones. My sister resided here, and the experience was nothing short of distressing. The staff was consistently rude and unresponsive. There were multiple occasions where my sister was left in her own waste for extended periods, and call lights routinely went unanswered. Attempts to contact the social workers particularly Felicia were met with disrespect and a complete lack of empathy. My sister shared that she was yelled at and falsely accused by the social workers, even though the issues stemmed from the actions of certain CNAs. It’s clear that management enables this behavior and sides with staff rather than addressing legitimate concerns. The administrator Dominique appears completely disengaged. Reports of staff negligence were ignored, and it was rare to find any staff present on the units when they were needed. Instead, many were often seen outside in their cars or taking smoke breaks. The overall quality of care was unacceptable. It felt like the safety and dignity of the residents were not a priority at all. This facility does not deserve even one star, and I strongly urge others to consider alternative options for their loved ones.

Este lugar está muy sucio, poco personal para limpieza, cualquier persona puede entrar ahí no hay nadie cuidando la puerta de La entrada,ni verificando si alguien entra con una arma es preocupante no lo recomiendo para nada,yo estuve unos días vicitando a un familiar es la experiencia más difícil que eh tenido en mi vida, las personas que están ahí son personas 😞 no dejen a sus familias ahí, esta sucio y viejo, descuidado, los manager no asen su trabajo aqui claramente se be el mal desempeño que asen como líderes😡 ni siquiera mire a alguien en la recepción.

Would not change therapy time, idiot kept trying to pull me away from lunch, Other staff but Betty were disrespectful and seemed uncaring. Activities were OK especially Bingo
