you won't find a better group of people who genuinely want to see each and every resident feel as if they are home. Would highly recommend for a respite stay or long term. You will not be disappointed.

If I could not give them 0 stars I would. If you want your love one to not come home then this is the place. My family is truly devastated of the treatment and care they gave my father. My father was suppose to be there for rehab and he didn't receive that. My father's room TV did not work the whole time he was there. My father was found by family laying half on the bed and on the floor. They gave him the wrong medicines at certain times. He was not provided water unless he ate and WE asked for it when we visited. He was not responsive and emergency personnel was called. He was severely dehydrated by 7 pints. He never recovered from that and eventually passed. Yes my father had other factors but, Crowne Pointe Care Center was a major contributor to his demise. I could go in-depth but, I would never recommend this place or if you really care about your love ones DO NOT SEND THEM HERE.
