The lunch was great and I think everyone did a good job of showing people around the assisted-living facility

In July/August of 2024, I spent about 3 weeks here in rehabilitation recovering from a broken leg and collar bone. The staff with the exception of one night nurse named Pam, were all very good, friendly and caring. I really appreciate all the nurses, cna's, physical and occupational therapists. My only complaint is with the night nurse named Pam. She withheld pain medication from me but lied about it. She also charted that she gave me some meds when she didn't. My husband stayed by my side while I was there and questioned Pam about my medications because he wanted to make sure she was going to give them to me. The very next morning we found out Pam lied to her supervisor about my husband saying he was harassing her. I ended up leaving the rehabilitation place about 2 weeks early because of all the drama this night nurse Pam caused. I really hope that she no longer works there.

Not only have we retired from work but we have retired from home ownership as well. In the past when on vacation we talked about what we had to do when we got home ( roof, yard work, carpet and on and on). Now we talk about where we want to go next! This is truly freedom…we want to thank everyone…staff and residents for being so warm and welcoming as well as encouraging in new activities! This is a lifestyle we are embracing wholeheartedly!
