I have an office in the Deer Park Village Community, so I have the pleasure of interacting with both the residents and the staff on a daily basis. The community is absolutely wonderful, offering a packed schedule of activities for the residents to choose from. The DPV bus plans outings to a wide variety of places and it also takes residents out to run errands & to medical appointments. The community itself is beautiful, updated, and so clean. The management team is great and responds to the needs of their residents quickly and with care. The front line and care team members are kind and thoughtful of the aging individuals living in Deer Park Village. I've had the joy of seeing sweet handwritten notes for the residents from housekeeping and staff - it's the little things! Something I notice residents here enjoying every day are the beautiful sitting areas on every floor and at the front entrance of the building. There are benches, comfy seats, and living room areas throughout the whole community. The residents are happy. It's really a great place to live.

My husband and I are overwhelmed regarding looking into senior assisted and memory care facilities for my mother-in-law. We called Deer Park Village asking if we could stop by in 15 minutes (without an appointment) to get some information about the community. The staff let Kyle Donohue, the Senior Living Advisor, know this. Kyle took the time to meet with us, answer all of our questions, provide the information we needed, AND Kyle even gave us a tour of the community! Deer Park Village assisted Care facility was clean and welcoming. I told my husband if I’m missing one day check there! What a beautiful place with a lot of fun activities. As Kyle gave us a tour, he seemed to know everyone by name and greeted them warmly. His very detailed follow up the next few days was very helpful. It’s never easy to realize your loved one needs to be put into assisted living and the process of convincing your loved one that it is best for them.
