This is a horrible community and I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a good place a couple years ago. However, everything has gone down including the director, kitchen staff, and just overall cleanliness of the common areas. I couldn’t wait to move out of the place. Especially since they wanted us to go to assisted living! I don’t need assisted living and I sure as heck wasn’t paying for a service I don’t need. Sounds a little fishy to me.

We recently moved my dad in Desert Springs and have had a wonderful experience so far. Tegan was (and still is) AMAZING with answering all of our questions, helping with every part of the process, and making us feel comfortable and prepared. The community is cozy and inviting and everyone is so friendly. Everyone has gone above and beyond to help us and has been so welcoming to my dad. Very thankful we found Desert Springs!

My 93 year old mom has been at Desert Springs for three months. It was with a heavy heart to take her out of her home, although it was no longer safe. Too many falls. It is the best decision I have made in regards to her wellbeing. It is impossible to express gratitude to Tegan and her staff. the facility has a home-like atmosphere. The love and concern evident in their actions. The dining room is beautiful, and the food is delicious, with plenty of variety. My mom had a couple of health issues. The care, compassion and respect in which they treated her assured me I had made the right decision. I could go on & on about her cute room with big windows, how amazed I am at the size of her kitchen and the laundry & cleaning they provide. The dining room staff are adorable and welcome my mom like she is the only resident. But, the peace of mind knowing that the mom is truly loved and cared for when I can't be there is an incredible gift. Knowing that she is in good hands is everything to me. Thank you, Desert Springs. You have become my family as well.
