Don’t Know
This is a glorified nursing home…. In assisted living every resident should be able to get in and out of the bed on their own, I nearly broke my back trying to get a resident out of bed because they were unable to… the resident CLEARLY needs a lift machine. this place only cares about money and I’m seeing now why they can’t keep employees, the work is outrageous and when short staffed management does not help the cnas, they need to make some changes on who they allow in here.

It is imperative to keep residents in an environment that is familiar to them and that they consider home. Our team functions cohesively and effectively. The staff at the facility consistently demonstrates a willingness to listen and possesses a genuine compassion for the residents. They consistently go the extra mile to ensure the well-being of those in their care. From Cheryl, the Director of Nursing, to Morgan in memory care, to Linda at the reception desk, as well as the floor nurses, everyone works diligently to ensure that all residents receive optimal care and maintain their safety.
