Our loved one was sent to this facility by the social workers at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. I visited a couple of days ago and I was very surprised. It’s not clean. Curtains make a space for patients. When I called just now to tell a nurse that our loved one was having trouble breathing and was an ambulance going to be called, she hung up on me when I told her my name. We did not approve of this facility. I know that our loved one probably needs a blood transfusion as his levels are low, and I advised Cassie and she did let the Dr know but nothing has been done yet. Anyone who has a loved one here, you should do whatever you can to get them out. This facility is for people who have been tossed out of society, but our loved one was sent here because of a power trip with social workers at a hospital. Ombudsman can intervene if this facility will not help you help your loved one leave this place. Please check on your loved ones there. Don’t assume it’s OK.
