Absolutely garbage. No air conditioners in their rooms. Severally understaffed. Didnt read patient care plan

I wouldn’t ever put my loved one here. While the staff are pretty nice, it’s very understaffed. You can bring your concerns to Versie M, the scheduler and all she tells you is that she is unable to fulfill the schedule. They will have ONE nurse and ONE CNA to 18 residents. The only time management helps with anything is when state is in the building. You have multiple staff who will come to work smelling of marijuana. Frequent falls also is common, every other day for staff. Many family members end up with missing Apple Watches, missing items, many residents complain of the care they obtain and bring concerns to Courtney the DON and they still do nothing. Nurses can bring concerns to the DON or Versie and still they are not addressed. You can tell them there are residents being neglected and they will turn their back to it and not even address your concerns. Many complaints from family, from staff and from residents themselves.

Staff has been fabulous! Physical and occupational therapists have been great, always making sure they put my spouse through the paces 6 days a week. Everyone really goes out of their way to help out and accommodate. Excellent care for the short term rehab we needed.
