The Pampered Couple
This place seemed like a dream when we first went for a tour. The dream ended pretty quickly when we realized that 1/2 of the staff didn't speak English and the other 1/2 couldn't care less. You pay an exorbitant amount of money and they can't even get your loved one up from a fall, we had to come and do it. These people will lie to your face with a smile, please don't have your loved ones live here, it's awful!

Edencrest at Timberline is ......... quality, new, fresh, clean, upbeat, attentive, warm, nurturing, empathetic, engaged, responsive. Mom was Doris, not a client. Edencrest took a sincere interest in mom as an individual. The staff to client ratio was very good. Staff interactions with mom were warm and frequent. Individual medical plans and execution was comforting. The memory unit and care provided was excellent. Edencrest met our needs while also providing counsel and expertise for the care plan. Care was provided 24/7. Thank you to Geoff Counasse, the Executive Director, for the leadership he provides in caring for clients AND their families.
