About Edmonds Village Senior Living
Edmonds Village Senior Living is a luxury independent living community opened in late 2024, offering modern six-story residences just minutes from the Edmonds waterfront. Operated by family-owned Stellar Senior Living, the community blends resort-style amenities with a genuine sense of neighborhood warmth. It's a thoughtfully designed place for active, independent adults who want to simplify daily life without giving up the lifestyle they love.
Our Care Approach
Edmonds Village is an independent living community, meaning residents are expected to manage their own daily care. For those who want or need additional support along the way, the community has relationships with trusted local home care providers who can come on-site — so residents don't have to move to access help.
Family Experience
Families exploring Edmonds Village will find a community that feels genuinely new and thoughtfully built — not retrofitted. The team appears responsive and invested in resident wellbeing, and the transparent month-to-month rental structure means families aren't navigating complex buy-in decisions while already managing a significant life transition.

Edmonds Village Senior Living is exceptional! The building itself is beautiful with modern and elegant spaces that feel welcoming and uplifting. The team is kind and caring, dedicated to supporting residents' comfort, happiness, and well-being every day. The food is delicious, it was a treat joining in for meals in their restaurant, the Compass Rose. I also had a fresh, made in house, blueberry muffin from their café. It was wonderful, and what I would expect from a fancy bakery. Residents are friendly and welcoming, fostering a genuine sense of community and connection. For luxury independent senior living in Edmonds, this place delivers on style, warmth, great dining, and caring people. Highly recommend!

Monthly rates include three chef-prepared meals daily, weekly housekeeping, all utilities, in-unit laundry, and private car service within five miles — so the all-in cost compares favorably once you account for what's bundled. Café dining at the Portside Lounge and personal care services are billed separately, so it's worth clarifying those costs when exploring the right fit for your budget.
