***When you go visit your family , turn them around and check their back!*** Ask them what their nurse and CNA to patient ratio is! I have taken care of Elevate residents at the hospital I work at and they come FILTHY, and with horrible pressure injuries. It doesn't matter that their furniture is old or the floors are dirty, the residents themselves are dirty because no one is taking care of them! I am sure some people are doing the best they can, but when you have 20 patients, or your CNAs have checked out, the residents are going to suffer.

Elevate Care is always clean and organized when I visit my aunt. Her room smells so good and is stocked up with various items she needs. I also took notice to the fact that a CNA, nurse, physical therapist or the person who serves meals always come in her room to check on her when I'm there. My aunt is always very clean and put together. Her roommate is well taken care of as well! This facility definitely deserves 5 stars from me.
