When I come visit my aunt the place is never clean as soon as I step off the elevator the smell is atrocious her clothes are always lost I’ve asked to speak to the person over housekeeping several times and still no calls back . Whoever Telisha is her attitude is so nasty and dismissive she’s not welcoming at all very nice nasty and it’s not cute at all. However Kim is very helpful with trying to help find my aunts laundry . My personal advice whomever is over housekeeping if he/she can’t take the time to call families regarding their loved ones he/she shouldn’t have a job

My first impression of this facility wasn't a pleasant one. I had arrived for my scheduled tour and after waiting for the manager on duty for almost two hours. His response was to walk past me as he was saying, "I'm not doing this today." The young lady at the front desk quickly made a phone call to rectify my experience, but at that point I was not open to hold a conversation and was ready to leave and keep looking for a facility for my Mom. The person on the phone was Kimberly Sullivan, she understood how I felt and extended her phone number to me for a future conversation. I honestly had given up on this facility, but Kim called me the next day. She listened to my grievances and was very apologetic. I will say that with the exception of that one manager, the rest of the staff were professional and courteous. Kim understood that I was going to look elsewhere and wished me the best. With nothing but genuine concern, Kim called me again the following day, just to check on my mom. That was such a thoughtful and caring gesture that it made my Mom and I reconsider our decision ad give them another look. I went in a met with Kim, she warmly greeted me, showed me around, introduced me to the staff that I will be putting my mother's care in and put me at ease. If it were not for Kimberly Sullivan I would not have made them my choice. Again thank you Kimberly Sullivan.
