Not happy with the way residents are treated. I have heard staff say time and time again that’s not my hall. Unfortunately I have left do to health reasons. I wish you all the best.

I work as an agency CNA. I had worked for this facility a couple times and had problems every single time with their staff. The last time I was there I was busy working down my assigned hall at the front toileting one of the residents and Mary (one of their in-staff CNAs) had came and found me and told me that one of the other residents down my assigned hall needed toileting (confused at this point as to why she was not able to) and then she left to the dining room. I had went to go find her after I finished with what I was doing, and had asked her why she was not able to toilet this resident, she literally told me “it is not my hall.” I had told her “regardless who’s hall a resident is on, if they ask you to do something for them whether it’s toileting, or to comfort them, you do it”(it is neglect at this point) she was arguing with me about it because it was not her assigned hall, I had left to answer a call light and came out the room and the nurse had told me to leave. I had told the nurse if I could tell her the situation and she said no, and I have to leave. I left and I don’t ever recommend anyone to go.

I'm a travel nurse, all the staff is wonderful the upper management is very helpful.
