Evergreen is one of the most beautiful senior living communities I’ve had the pleasure to visit - the outdoor space alone is breathtaking. The inside is part modern/part vintage. From mansion-like studies, billiards & a jazz-age bar - to light, modern spaces with a Latte/Smoothie bar - it’s full of unique opportunities. I’ve been warmly welcomed by the staff each time - and incredibly impressed with the very elevated experiences they provide for their active & engaged community members! I look forward to my next visit :)

This community has been very friendly in the past. However, this year when we asked to park less than 10 cars due to a road repavevment they refused. This was allowed around 10 years ago. We are directly west and within easy walking distance. I've talked to some residents in the past and up until now there's been no problem.

Our family is so thankful for Evergreen! "Mimi" is treated very well by the staff here and this has led to her positive adjustment to her new living situation. The staff encourages her participation in the variety of activities offered each day. All of the people we have encountered at this facility truly seem to care about their residents.
