My client was admitted there on a Thursday evening around 4:30p, I went to visit her the next day Friday that morning 10:00 am and I videotaped her room was so nasty cat hair all over the floor, peas and carrots all over the floor old house shoes and a small blanket was under her bed nothing disinfected in the room at all just hideous I immediately went to the front desk for housekeeping they took to long to come I went to the nursing director and he sent housekeeping and then the head of housekeeping came and apologized to us but I’m sorry that just isn’t good enough on top of that RN’s be nasty towards my client smh which will be reported also

My Dad was transferred here from the hospital for more care. I didn’t get to pick this hospital but if I had the chance I would choose this skilled nursing facility over and over again. So grateful to the entire staff from admissions to social work to CNA staff and LVN staff and Physical Therapy and they also helped my dad apply for Medi-Cal. I highly recommended this place for your loved one!

Need a trapeze to facilitate bed manipulation and patient care. Trapeze could take the potential danger of adjusting weighty patients. I am requesting again...I have seen anything indicating acknowledgement of same.. my question? Why wouldn't you jump on this if for no other reason than to protect your employees? Judith Marcinko.
