Took a single shift here through an agency because the pay was decent; absolutely bailed after that first shift because I couldn’t take the risk to my license. Seriously, do not place your loved ones here. I’ve never encountered such an utterly unacceptable excuse for a healthcare facility. UPDATE: As per the response to this review, I called the number the owner listed below so that I could discuss what I saw while there. This connected me to someone who was extremely surprised and confused by my request, and transferred me to someone else's phone (I believe his name was "Abe", but I could be off there). He didn't answer the phone, so I left a message explaining that I had left this initial review, what I saw, and how it was unacceptable. I included my phone number for him to call me back. It has been weeks and I have received no return calls. It would seem that they are just including this number to call as some sort of look-good measure for google reviews, and do not follow up with any of it.
