Communication was not great. Notifications for the increases in the cost of service were imposed without much notice if any at all. Housekeeping was far from good. Many times when I came to visit my family member, I found them sleeping on food that was left on the bed and dirty plates, etc. left in the room. Bedding and clothing were infrequently washed/changed and the turn around of the staff was frequent. This was difficult and confusing for my family member who was in memory care.

We are so grateful that our mother spent her final three years at Farmington Square. Through severe Alzheimer’s, Hip replacement, and her eventual passing, we couldn’t have asked for better care. The administrative and caregiver staff were always so loving and kind with her, and very communicative with the family. We'd pop in often, and always saw the caregivers treating her with compassion, gentleness and genuine affection.
