Hi I am trying to apply for a NAT position but I would like to know if I need to fill an application out there at the facility?

edited: After three months we finally got a refund. Garden Plaza is indebted to us for a considerable refund. We have been endeavoring to obtain the refund for two months, but our efforts have been unsuccessful. They assert that the refund has been processed, but they are unable to provide information regarding its delivery. Consequently, we are contemplating the engagement of legal services. While the facility seems nice, my mother voiced persistent dissatisfaction with the culinary options. Furthermore, the aids' turnover rate appears to be unusually elevated.

I would think twice, maybe 3 or 4 times before even considering this facility. My mother was in there less than a month and had multiple issues. The issues started with being told that she would have a level of service, including help with bathing, toileting, and assistance with falls. In the almost month that she was there, her apartment was not cleaned once. She was not showered or bathed once. I bathed her and cleaned the apartment myself. They do not respond to the call buttons or emergency call cords. My mom called me for help multiple times due to no response from staff. I was not able to get in after hours, The police and fire department had to be called on our last interaction with this place, due to being unable to reach any staff that was wllling to do their job. I found Google reviews submitted by Garden Plaza employees, apparently trying to increase the rating. I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs ANY amount of assistance!!! The name assisted living is a joke, and it should be changed to NO- assistance living.
