Fieldstone Place

I had a disappointing experience when I called and spoke with someone named Lori (or Laurie). She was extremely rude when answering the phone and placed me on hold without explanation, even though I had only asked a simple question. She claimed to be from HR, but her tone and behavior were anything but professional or representative of what you'd expect from someone in that role. I hope this is addressed so future callers are treated with more courtesy and respect.

I toured this facility with Robin, their Director of Sales & Marketing, while seeking an Assisted Living situation for my sister. Unfortunately, my sister's care needs required a higher level of care than Assisted Living so the move did not happen, but this is a very nice & well maintained facility with pleasant and helpful staff. If you are seeking Assisted Living in the Clarksville area, Fieldstone Place definitely is worth considering.

I started looking for a place for seniors and Independent Living before I needed it. I visited several, but when I came to Fieldstone, I felt at home. There is a park like setting with sidewalk to walk your dog or walk by yourself or with a friend. There are activities, card games and 6o second game that we’re famous for. In the dining room, you’ll find tables with people having lively conversations. Laughter rings through the halls because we are all happy campers here. I’ve never regretted my decision to come.. Covid kept me away for about a year, but I’ve been here almost Five years. I love fieldstone‼️❤️
