Absolutely terrible facility. Rather than taking care of my grandmother they doped her up with pain medicine to the point she thought was hallucinating and had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. She was fine one day and very mobile, but because they did not want to have to check on her they doubled her pain medication without consulting our family and within 24 hours had to be put on oxygen and became a vegetable. Do not bring a family member here if you care about them.

I gave a late notice on my appointment that was early in the morning. Forest hills was able to accommodate with transport by Amy and my stna Miranda was exceptionally well. Both ladies were very professional and polite. I highly recommend Forest Hills healthcare center.

This review is going to be a lot longer but I have to type out the full story to Enlighten everybody about how horrible this place is. They didn't document my father's diagnosis properly, or read it over properly, and made a huge oversight, which could have been rectified when he was in the hospital before discharge. This mistake led them to send him back to the ER based on inaccurate diagnosis. Even though it's their fault that the mistake was made the ended up my dad having to leave there after only being there for a day. Which, when a patient has dementia, constant abrupt changes are not ideal for their mental well being. As everyone knows executive privilege and Managerial arrogance point the fingers everywhere else but themselves. They site corporate policy but refuse to provide any documentation to back up their claims. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.
