I've been in this Rehab facility for a few days and I am now dissatisfied with Understanding of their contract. I'm here for WOUND CARE and my disappointment came when the Nurse told me that they don't do WOUND CARE over the weekend (that's 2 days, but this is a holiday weekend so let's see how that goes). I'm on a bed that doesn't work properly and this is the second bed that doesn't work as it should. I haven't received a mattress that supports my condition ( am I angry? Should I be? ). My room has only been half cleaned once since I've been here, I'm not getting paid so who does these jobs? Not I. So do I advise anyone to come here? I'm not a christian so I'm not caring about anyone but myself, but be observant and wise.
