I was there today visiting my sister. Went with her for lunch. The food was not edible. Microwave pizza! Cold and the crust was too tough to chew. Fish soup with no fish. Big hunks of potatoes. The staff is so overwhelmed because they are terribly understaffed. Takes 15 to 20 minutes for a response from staff during the day. What happens at night??

Unfortunately, you keep texting me (Esthers' ex-husband) which is understandable as our phone numbers differ only by the last digit.... mine ends with 1 and hers ends with 2.
