My father has been at Four Seasons for about a year now, and I want to express how pleased I am with the care he has been receiving. It’s clear that your team is dedicated and compassionate, and I truly appreciate the attention and support you’ve provided him. The only concern I have is related to communication. I’ve found it difficult at times to get timely responses to my emails and phone calls. I understand how busy things can be in a care environment, but consistent communication is very important to me, especially as I’m not always able to be there in person.
