My Dad and Mom moved to Fox Ridge when my Dad's health did not allow them to live safely at home anymore. The staff are professional, attentive and caring, the food is delicious, and the accommodations are wonderful. While it is an assisted living facility, the individual apartments and atmosphere provide an "at home" feeling. I would recommend it to anyone who has family that can no longer live safely at home.

Cheryl is Disrespectful! Find new and improved workers. I will be contacting corporate! I tried calling fox ridge and Cheryl steady answers the phone and hangs up. I then had someone call for me to see if it was just my phone. She answered the call but then proceeded to hang up on them as well. She is very unprofessional and rude.

Listen the residents are awesome I loved helping and working with them all upper management is the problem they have so many turn overs with staff management talk about all the staff and make them feel unwanted and unappreciated the director at the Chanel location is a mean girl she talks about everyone and she is racist. I have seen her and the then head nurse purposely treats people badly. Don't work here
