My family and I are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care the team at Post Acute Nursing Home has provided for my mother over the past eight years. It is never easy entrusting the care of a loved one to others, but from the very beginning, we knew she was in the right hands. The staff is compassionate, professional, and consistently attentive to my mother’s needs—both physical and emotional. They treat her with the respect and dignity every person deserves, and it’s clear they genuinely care about her well-being. Whether it’s the nurses, aides, therapists, or administrative staff, everyone plays a role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which brings us great peace of mind. Communication with the staff has always been open and honest, and they keep us informed every step of the way. Over the years, we’ve watched our mother thrive under their care. She is happy, engaged, and treated like family—and for that, we are truly thankful. We can’t recommend Post Acute Nursing Home highly enough. Their commitment and dedication have made a lasting difference in our lives.

I've been here almost 2 yrs. My experience has been interesting say the least. Day NA's been good to me but not always attentive. It all depends on which day. The night NA's are NOT so attentive at all. Best part of my stay here has been the Activity Room. Especially Teresa n Alan have been good company, I've enjoyed their enthusiasm n laughs 😃. Most of all I get to talk to Administrators freely about my concerns regarding this place. Especially the kitchen. I understand this place is not perfect but i know you guys are trying. Some improvements could really benefits us all. I'm rating this place 3.5.

*Impressive Improvements – Starting to Feel More Like a Home* I am very pleased with my experience at Fresno Post Acute Care Center, especially since the new administrator Nasir Khan took over. Since his arrival, it’s starting to look more like a home — less like a hospital — and the positive changes are evident everywhere. They are adding more activities and things for residents to do, which has made the environment more lively and engaging. The staff continues to be caring and attentive, and the facility is starting to look more inviting and comfortable. It’s clear that the center is working hard to improve residents’ quality of life, and I truly appreciate these efforts. I would definitely recommend Fresno Post Acute Care Center for anyone looking for compassionate care in an environment that’s starting to feel more like home. Thank you to the team for making these wonderful improvements!
