My mother was not kept clean, at my visits she smelled bad, staff would gather in one room and watch tv, mother developed bed sores that became painful. Yes, I reported it! The bed sores calcified on her lower back area. We made pictures.

So, day 1, has been a disaster. My mother gets over there for Rehab and they put her in a room next to someone that is apparently hard of hearing and blasts the TV at full volume. This person watched old westerns all night long with the volume at full blast. The answer was to tell my mother to ask to be moved to a different room. But that wasn't even the worst part. My mother went all night long without any pain meds and their excuse is there wasn't a pain management plan made. How is this a thing? That should have been one of the first things done BEFORE the patient even gets there. Epic fail!

Just recently room mate in my dad’s room had a small accident on the floor on his side. He called the desk and ask for a mop. They came down looking for what he needed and went back without cleaning up urine on the floor for several hours it was still there when I was leaving. Glad it was just urine.
