I am pleased with the Garden Terrace facility, particularly its cleanliness and lack of odors, which were significant factors in my decision. During my visit approximately one week ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Cookie Leuder, the Admissions Director. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warm demeanor were immediately apparent. Unlike a previous facility, Mrs. Leuder efficiently facilitated my mother's admission. Her consistent positive attitude and dedication, as evidenced by her availability during various visiting hours, including late evenings, are commendable. Mrs. Leuder consistently inquires about my mother's well-being and overall experience. I believe her contributions are invaluable to the organization, and I strongly recommend retaining her services.
