Extremely disappointed in the management at this facility. The culture feels more like intimidation than leadership. Cassie, in particular, was shockingly unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and completely absent when it mattered most. Her refusal to even show face to the family during a tragic incident involving medical malpractice that resulted in death was inexcusable. There was no compassion, no accountability, no transparency—just silence. Families deserve better. Patients deserve better. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for much-needed change.
