My experience with GenCare has been very positive. The staff has been wonderful, friendly, helpful, kind and welcoming. They have been responsive and helpful, making the transition easy. This past January I moved one of our family members to Peak at GenCare Pt Rustin, that’s the memory care. I am so extremely pleased with the care She’s receiving. The director of Peak, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure she is as comfortable as she can be at this stage of here life. She is treated with dignity and met where she is. Even though she isn’t able to participate in certain projects, she is always included. I am So happy to have found GenCare, they are truly the best!

As we here at Timberline Legal Services help elderly clients in Gig Harbor, sometimes we need to place them in a care facility. Gencare has become the "go-to" facility for our law business, as they are second to none. The food is amazing, the apartments are very upscale and modern, and the staff members are caring and always there to assist the residents. Activities are always there including movie nights, outings, exercise classes, swimming and so much more. All geared for the elderly needs. Gencare also accommodates higher care levels making it possible to stay if conditions such as dementia or other disabilities progress. We are so grateful and thankful that this place exists in Tacoma, creating a pleasant upscale experience for our client when the time comes.
