Unlike other buildings I’ve worked in, the daily average response time here to resident call-button requests is about a third of what I’ve previously experienced. It's clear that the care team is dedicated, organized, and deeply committed to working together to provide exceptional care. What also sets this community apart is how seamlessly all departments collaborate. Whether it's health services, dining, life enrichment, environmental services, or administration, there's a shared vision and clear communication that ensures residents receive holistic care—addressing physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being. It’s a rare and refreshing thing to see such alignment across a full team. This is also the first community—and Arete Living is the first management company—I’ve worked for that doesn’t just acknowledge diversity, but truly celebrates it. The emphasis placed on inclusion and representation is authentic and consistent. Both residents and team members are encouraged to bring their full selves to the community, and it’s clear that each person’s unique background and strengths are seen as vital contributions to the greater whole. I know I may sound biased as a team member, but this is genuinely the first community I’ve been excited to review because the experience here is that meaningful.
